Dirks motivation is to develop and implement viable and sustainable solutions together with customers and partners. From the brainstorming, development, project management and sales of IT solutions as well as change facilitation, he has worked through all roles. Together with connectivity partners and sensor manufacturers, he designed solutions for customers, identified suitable IOT platforms and helped developing complete ecosystems. At Opitz Consulting he is part of the AI core team and responsible for NLP, NLU, chat and voice bots. This also in combination with technologies such as augmented reality.
